Nobody wants to be there, but everyone needs a job. Everyone loves the residents, so nobody wants to leave them. Several CNA's went to Conjuna over an issue and the issue was not kept confidential.I hope this is heard and taken seriously! Eventually Masonic Home will not have the staff to care for the residents. I will not hide behind a fake name, because I know what I say is true! And as far as Conjuna is concerned she is one of the most dedicated woman I’ve ever worked with.
